Paddle is our Merchant of Record. They handle tax collection and remittance in 200+ jurisdictions. VAT / GST is computed from your billing country; businesses in the EU can enter a VAT ID for reverse charge.

It protects your data
If your subscription lapses, your vault enters a 7-day deletion countdown. We'd rather refund an accidental renewal than delete your credentials because a card expired at the wrong moment.
14-day regret period
If auto-renewal charges you and you didn't intend to continue, you have 14 days for a full refund. No questions. Email support@clavitor.ai or cancel in-app.
Price-for-life guarantee
Your $36 / year rate is locked forever. Even if we raise list prices for new customers in the future, you'll still pay what you paid today — as long as your subscription stays active.
In your account settings. If you do, your vault stays active until the end of your current billing period, then enters a 7-day grace period before deletion. You'll get a warning email before anything is deleted.

We've emailed your CLI onboarding token to you@example.com. It expires in 30 minutes for security.
Your CLI token is single-use and ties this device to the new vault. If you don't see the email within 5 minutes, check spam or request a new token.
Payment
Your card is charged by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Clavitor never sees your card number.
Your card details are tokenized by Paddle in your browser. Clavitor never sees your card number.
You'll get a receipt from paddle.net and a welcome email from Clavitor with your CLI onboarding token.
